I'm looking at purchasing a 1999 VW Passat GLS, have the VIN number and it says there are 25 reports on this vehicle!
Wondering if I should go ahead and purchase......how do I get a report on this car to make sure it's worth getting. Mileage is 117,000. It is in great shape esthetically.

No, it doesn't. I wouldn't recommend, my parents have a 2001 VW Passat GLS and they have spent a lot money in that car. It doesn't even have 100K miles and it has been in the car workshop many many times. Do you want a good car from the Volkswagen company, get a Jetta.
