Many people just like you will buy these cars and resell them. If you know something about mechanic work, you can buy vehicles for next to nothing, fix them up a little and then sell them for a profit. This is a great way to make some extra income if you have some knowledge about automobiles.
Today it is hard to find a reliable used car that won't cost you an arm and a leg. However there is a way to afford cheap used cars, and that is by purchasing them through an auto auction. Many dealers get their inventory this way and that is how they can make a profit on their vehicles.
The money that you can save is definitely worth the trip to the auction. These vehicles can be bought for up to 95 percent off of their retail value which will ultimately save you thousands of dollars. There is always a huge selection of all makes and models, so you won't have to settle for something you don't really want.

However you want to go with it, either buying and selling cars for profit or just saving some money yourself on a good used vehicle, auto auctions will allow you to buy cheap used cars and have money left in your pocket.
I have searched for auctions in my area and can't find any but I found one that is like 4 hours away and was considering going but the problem is you have to come up with all the money and are not able to make monthly payments.
